Therefore, he uses subcontractors who take pride in their work and speaks very highly of them. It takes team effort to construct a product that is usually the biggest investment in ones' life. Mike is on the job just about every day. If by chance he cannot be, Mike Carr, superintendant, or Tina Ott, assistant, are either on the job or working in other ways to assist in all phases of the construction process.
